2 Year Document Report – (All Modules up to 100 lots in the Scheme)

Standard Report (All Modules) $250.00 incl. gst

Urgent Report (returned within 24-48 hours of booking) $330.00 incl. gst

Note - A $30.00 surcharge will be applicable to any search conducted Outside of a 15km radius of the Central Business District (CBD)

A $20.00 surcharge will be applicable for every 50 lots after the first 100 lots in 1 Scheme.

You have the right to stop us at the 11/2 hour mark if you are happy with the historical information we have collected at that time and not receive any long inspection fees.
