The reports supplied by Body Corporate Reports are Vendor Disclosure Reports (a mandatory report that a Seller of any property, that is part of a Body Corporate, must legally supply to any potential purchaser.
Our reports include the current levies payable, current insurance details, current bank balances and anything in the records with regards to any building defects or implied warranties that may show up over a one (1) year period amongst many other things about the particular lot that is being sold.
SERVICE
Our service has already been recognized for supplying on time, quality and accurate reports. When things don’t go to plan and we have to wait for information, we actually communicate those delays to our clients. We are customer focused and aim to ensure to meet all of our individual clients needs by actually getting to know our clients in person.
PEOPLE
Our People are local inspectors in each individual area we service. We can not operate unless we have a local representative who can physically be present within local Body Corporate Managers offices. All Body Corporate Managers operate differently and as inspectors of Body Corporate Records, we need to be forward thinking and versatile. We know what to look for and we know how to find it.
